Angelina Jolie and her workout regimen


Angelina Jolie is the queen of Hollywood. So she has to keep up with everything under the sun. She has to wear the costliest of the clothes, makeup and has found the most happening partner in Brad Pitt. One thing she is very particular about is her body. Although she is one woman who believes that woman “are beautiful at any size,” yet she is little worried about her workout regime.

After her daughter Shiloh was born she was to shoot Tomb Raider for which she was required to be in prime shape. So as soon as the doctor gave her the green signal she started her kickboxing, Pilates, ballet and scuba diving classes. Along with this she also underwent weapons training couple of months before the shooting of the movie.

Now after her twins are born she is very much into Yoga and she needs a lot of energy as she is filming in Venice for next venture with Johnny Depp for The Tourist. She also has personal trainer who takes care of her well toned body getting more toned. Of course she blends this with a good diet which comprises of vegetables and fruits. But she takes 6 meals in total definitely with low carbohydrates!

So if you all want t follow her regime surely get in touch with your nutritionist in first place and then go for it!
